MOYM COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following are the full Terms and Conditions for the Money On Your Mobile quiz show ("The Show"). By entering any Competition within Money On Your Mobile, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Show is organised by Million21 Ltd, ("Million-2-1") Duplex 2, Ducie House, Ducie Street, Manchester M1 2JW and the service is provided to you by Million-2-1 ("Promoters"). The Show is promoted by UTV Radio GB ILR's and The Local Radio Company plc.
To qualify to enter the Competition you must be resident in the United Kingdom and be at least 16 years old. You must not be an employee of Million-2-1, UTV, The Local Radio Company plc or an immediate family member.
The winner will be randomly drawn from all correct entries at the end of each Competition.
Correct entries are defined as those with the correct spelling of the answer only, at the Promoter's discretion.
If the winner is not contactable immediately after the Competition to go to air the Promoters reserve the right to draw another winner randomly from all correct entries.
Winners will be taken to air and given the opportunity to select 1 envelope from a set numbered 1 to 100, each of which contains a guaranteed cash prize that will be awarded to the Winner. Each number may only be selected once during each Show.
The total prize pot is £3,825, split across 100 envelopes in the following way: 1x £1,000, 4x £100, 5x £75, 10x £50, 50x £25 and 30x £10.

The charge of entry is £1.50 inclusive of VAT plus the standard cost of sending an SMS messages. The charges will appear on your mobile phone bill if you have a contract account or be debited from your pre-pay account as applicable. Standard costs apply for each SMS message.
To play using SMS:

To enter the Competition text the trigger keyword stated in the promotion to the short code 88821 along with your choice of answer.
The entry dates and entry times for each competition is advertised on-air and is subject to change at any time. Entries by SMS messaging for each of the competitions must reach us by the dates and times specified in the promotion.

Each player can enter each Competition a maximum number of 10 times.
In all matters the decision of the Promoters will be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. The Promoters cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, lost or delayed entries in transmission, arising from server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside its control.
Winners will be contacted by Million-2-1 via the mobile phone used in entering the Competition within 5 days of the relevant closing date to arrange delivery of their prize. Winners may be requested to make themselves available for promotion or publicity of Million-2-1 or UTV Radio GB or The Local Radio Company plc.
Entrants will be asked to supply proof of age and that they are the registered owner or authorised user of the mobile phone used to enter the Competition.
The prizes are as stated in the promotion and are non transferable. Every player that is taken to air after winning a Competition is guaranteed to be awarded a cash prize.
Queries regarding the Competition must be received within 28 days of the closing date of the relevant competition.
Money on your Mobile & Million-2-1 reserve the right to withdraw the prize to any winner who is abusive or uses aggressive behavior when contacted either on air or during any contact following the competition
The Promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend the terms of this Competition at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the rules on the site www.million21.com.
The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
Any personal data relating to the entrants will be used by Million-2-1 solely in accordance with current data protection legislation.
The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English Law.
